Ceremony & Reception Capacity
- Indoor Ceremony Seating for 250
- Outdoor 300 guests (with a rental charge for additional chairs)
- Reception Seating indoor and outdoor 250 chairs, 20 round tables, 10 cocktail tables and white linens.
Alcohol for the Event
You may provide your own alcohol for the event. Bottled or canned beer, wine and/or a signature drink
Inclusions
Barn, the Manor for the wedding party to get ready in the day of the wedding, and all outdoor areas (excluding the pool and pool deck area).
*Access to the Manor on the property is provided for the wedding party only for getting ready the day of the event. The upper level of the house is for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready and the lower level for the groom and groomsmen to hang out and get ready.
*The Manor is also available for overnight rental for an additional $1,000.00 plus a $500.00 deposit that includes cleaning fee and taxes. If interested, there is a separate contract for the overnight rental of the Spring Creek Manor.
*Access to the pool is not allowed unless the separate contract for renting the Manor is signed
250 brown padded folding chairs ($5.00 per additional chair) (20) round tables and (10) tall/pub tables with white linens (additional colors available to rent at an additional charge)
We also have (4) pews that can be rented for an additional charge.

We will be happy to help coordinate and communicate with all vendors the day of your event as well as your rehearsal the evening before for an additional $1,200.00.
We suggest you hire a day of manager at minimum. This helps things stay on schedule and run smoothly. We have contact information for several wedding planners and day of management.

Some Caterers offer bartending services and some do not. We can also provide someone if need be for an additional charge.
Parkway Cleaners offers wedding dress cleaning and pressing for your big day as well as cleaning and preservation services for after your wedding day. They also offer pick up and drop off delivery services.
